Chef/Owner David Touvell has been baking since he was just 9 years old when he worked at the City Bakery in Ventura, California. Fast forward just a few years and David began baking fresh breads for his restaurant, CHOW. When his daughter developed an allergy to gluten, perfecting a delicious, versatile gluten-free bread line was a natural progression. We wholesale and we also love to fulfill special orders.

 
 

Today, Good Karma bakery gluten-free breads are served at all David's restaurants and are also available to the public at Local Slice or via special orders. Good Karma Bakery also wholesales to partner restaurants and grocers. Where will you get your Good Karma?
